Home Escrow is family owned and operated. George and Billie “Bee” Armijo, took a chance on June 7, 1976, and opened the doors to Home Escrow Co., Inc. George Armijo passed away in 2001. However, still running the business, are two generations of the Armijo family. When Home Escrow started, it was in a small office on Holt Avenue in Pomona, California, run by George Armijo, with one typewriter, adding machine a copy machine. After becoming more established, Home Escrow moved to La Verne where George was joined by his wife, Bee and two daughters Teresa “Terrie” and Deborah “Debbie” Armijo. People may believe that working with and for family would make it easier. However, it is exactly the opposite. Family expects and deserves the best. The family knows exactly what each one is capable of doing, and they will expect nothing less. Because we here at Home Escrow expect it of ourselves, it reflects in our service.
Home Escrow Co., Inc., is licensed by the State of California, Department of Corporations. Said license is dated June 7, 1976. Billie Jo “Bee” Armijo – Bee is our co-founder, president and chief financial officer. Her husband George Armijo and herself opened Home Escrow Co., Inc. on June 7, 1976. Prior to opening Home Escrow, Bee sold Real Estate in the local area for over twenty (20) years. Prior to that, she processed loans for a local mortgage broker. She serves as our consultant on many ansactions.

Deborah “Debbie” Armijo – Daughter to George and Bee Armijo, Debbie serves as our Vice-President/Secretary, Manager and Senior Escrow Officer. Debbie has been with Home Escrow for approximately 30 years. Her escrow experience carries over 35 years. Prior to her tenure at Home Escrow, Debbie worked at a local title company for three years in the escrow department.

Teresa ' Terrie' Armijo-Bagaeff, 1954-2008 Daughter to George and Bee Armijo, is "Now in God's Hands'.
Home Escrow and our family recently suffered the loss of Terrie, a loving daughter, sister, wife, mother and employee of Home Escrow. Terrie passed away in her sleep November 14, 2008 after battling ' Shingles' for 3 years and caring for her husband 'Mike' who was diagnosed with Stage 4 Terminal Cancer. Terrie is and will always be missed beyond belief by our family, friends and clients.
